Bontebok (Bontbok) - South African Antelope

The Bontebok can be found in South Africa, as well as Lesotho where they live in the Highveld, grazing primarily on grass. The Bontebok is mainly chocolate brown in colour and has a white blaze on their face which is undivided. The rump, legs and belly are white.

Your best chance of seeing a Bontebok in the wild would be to visit the Kruger National Park or one of the many nature reserves or game farms in South Africa.
